Job Brief :
Provide Managerial leadership abilities to the Logistic team to ensure on-time import, export and warehousing of raw materials, finished goods, machines and spare parts through arrangement of on-time custom clearance, accurate preparation of required documents and arrangement of cost-effective
Responsibilities
  • Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
  • Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints
  • Supervise, coach and warehouse workforce
  • Productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
 Requirement
  • His or Her late 35 or early 45
  • Bachelor’s /Master degree any major from reputable university
  • At least 3 year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position.
  • Execellent in written and verbal english commuication skills and computer literacy
  • Have a good negotiation skill, Communication Skill, Teamwork, Well Organized, good problem solving
  • Familiar with Bea Cukai/ Custom Operate,Clear Cargo
  • Familiar with handling Notul (Proses tax court refund works and attending the tax court)
  • Good connection with government for handling license which related to export and import process
  • Know how to study a system process how to improved key points and how to ensure proper control, crocss checking and able to manage and reduce logistic cost
